Kaneda joined NTT Electric Communication Laboratories in 1977. From 1986 onward, he led the invention, development, and commercialization of the FTTH (Fiber To The Home) system and its international standardization. From 1998 to 2004, as an NTT director, he helped launch broadband services and realize VPN services. From 2004 to 2007 he was a technical advisor to Mitsubishi Corporation. From 2006 to 2011 he was a director and CMO of Sochi Co., Ltd. (now VALUENEX), promoting sales of the patent data visualization service χLus (Kairus). In 2012 he became COO of toor Co., Ltd., which provides a big-data visualization engine and analysis services. He founded D’isum Inc. in 2019 and became Representative Director & CEO in April 2025. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from the Graduate School of Applied Physics, the University of Tokyo.

In 2013 Fazil joined CRYPTTECH Cyber Security Intelligence in Turkey as a system programmer; after studying at Tohoku University, from 2018 he worked at RIKEN in Sendai on a project that used AI to analyze deterioration from bridge images captured by drones. From 2019 to 2020 he was at toor Co., Ltd., developing systems to analyze sensor data in real time. From 2020 to 2023 he led a team responsible for machine learning and software development at Aselsan in Turkey, then joined D’isum Inc. in April 2023 as a backend engineer and data scientist. In January 2025 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and oversees business and development operations. Fazil graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering, Yildiz Technical University, Turkey, in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, supported by the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation, he earned an MSc from the Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University.

Marawan graduated from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, in 2023, majoring in computer engineering and software systems. While at university, he founded iClub, the first student club at Ain Shams focused on innovation, and expanded it into a network of 22 clubs across faculties with over 600 students.

After graduation, he worked at Wasel, a freight transport company, on CI pipelines and related engineering. Interested in D’isum projects, he joined the company in 2024 and continues there today.
